At Shoot Stopper – Manitou Goalkeepers Camp, goalkeepers will develop the technical tools and tactical understanding needed to excel in real game situations. Training is led by a dedicated goalkeeper coach Carlos Vargas who works from inside the goal, coaching decision-making, positioning, and execution in live, game-realistic scenarios — not from the sideline.

Our objective is simple:

Build confident, commanding goalkeepers who can control the box and impact the game.

• Play on the Line – Shot-stopping mechanics and reaction saves
• Play Off the Line – Decision-making, starting position, and timing
• Diving Technique – Low, medium, and high diving mechanics
• 3-Dimensional Angle Play – Understanding depth, width, and shooter cues
• Tipping Over the Bar – Hand shape, extension, and explosive power
• Dealing with Crosses – Timing, bravery, communication, and traffic management
• Footwork & Set Position – Efficient movement patterns and balance
